SeatGeek partners with Quaytickets and The Lowry to bring best in class box office technology to scores of clients

Quaytickets clients will now use SeatGeek’s SRO technology to power its ticketing service

LONDON, UK (19, May 2020) — SeatGeek today announced a partnership with Quaytickets and The Lowry to provide its cutting-edge SRO box office technology to the venue and their ticketing clients.

Operating out of The Lowry in Salford, Quaytickets manages the ticketing operations for a number of third party clients including the Stockport Plaza Theatre, East Lancashire Railway, Bolton Albert Halls and The Lady Boys of Bangkok. All of the clients that Quaytickets manages are now using SeatGeek’s SRO ticketing technology platform, giving them the ability to drive incremental revenue through features including a market-leading mobile experience, customer memberships platform, and dynamic pricing tools.

Named after the renowned artist, The Lowry is a leading arts destination in the north of England and hosts three theatre spaces: The Lyric Theatre (1730 seats), the smaller Quays Theatre (550 seats) and the Aldridge Studio (150 seats). It is also the permanent home of the L.S. Lowry art collection. The Lowry is committed to using visual and performing arts to enrich people’s lives. 

Quaytickets clients will also be amongst the first to benefit from SeatGeek’s latest UK product SeatGeek Open, which will allow them to directly list and sell tickets through distribution partners such as London Theatre Direct and Ingresso.

Quaytickets also operates call centre services for venues across the country, including clients like NIMAX Theatres, Nederlander Group and a number of SeatGeek’s existing football clients.
